Double Creek Farm once again now offers Guided trail rides!
Ride the Sauratown, Galax, or Stone Mountain Trails horseback!
We have private trails as well, and can accommodate up to 6 riders
Whether you are and accomplished rider getting your feet back in the stirrup again for a relaxing trail ride, or a brand new 'partner, we can accommodate up to 6 riders at a time, and a mini walkthrough prep before the ride, also included.
Riders need to bring or have on long pants, a print out of the waiver(we can text or email that over) closed toed shoes or boots are also required. We provide all additional riding gear and equipment. Riders may bring along a snack and a drink or we have water and trail mix for the trail. Please no alcoholic beverages.
Pricing depends on location, we also offer mini "farm loop" rides on the farm in Lowgap.
Mini Farm Loop - 1hr minimum(including mini lesson) $75 per rider, 4 - 6 for $60 ea.
Sauratown or Cliffview/Galax Loop - 1.5 hr minimum(meet us at the trail head, includes haul to trail) $175 per rider (2hr loop for $275)
Stone Mountain Loop - 1.5hr minimum (meet us at the trail head, includes haul to trail) $200 per rider or 2hr loop for $350
